My mother and I thank you for your patience and help on my latest case. It was bad enough getting an OUIL but even worse having an MIP two months later. My mother believes that your referral to counseling and your willingness to set additional court dates so that my progress could be verified were critical in my not going to jail and having the MIP dismissed. Thanks for all your help in my latest transgression. I can’t believe that I was dumb enough to get a second drunk driving. Having me test before the judge ordered me to test and going to the counselor was great advise and I could tell that the judge knew your input had made him take a second look at my case and make things easier. Had it not been for your efforts I would have lost my job.

Once again you have saved me. You were right. If you go to a license review hearing and you do not have all the paperwork in order and know what questions will happen then things do not go well. I should have listened to you in the first place. You did a great job on my OUIL and I did a lousy job the time that I represented myself before the Secretary of State hearing officer. Because I tried to save money I had to go an extra year without my license. Thanks for getting my license back.

Great job. Next time I’ m riding with my buddies I’m going to make sure that one of them doesn’t have a gun and worse yet pull it on someone. Your efforts in making the jury understand that just because there were three people in the car and three guns in the car when this happened doesn’t make me guilty. My buddy was convicted and I was found not guilty and it only took the jury an hour to figure things out.

Your help in making the guy that I assaulted consent to me not ending up with a record was great. I could tell that the court people and the judge liked you. Thanks for your help.

You were right. My offer to my husband was too big. Instead of giving him a check and letting him keep his pension, I ended up not giving him the money while receiving $20,000.00 from his pension. We did about $50,000.00 better than I expected by going to trial. I wish that my first attorney would have been as aggressive and prepared as you were. I think the judge liked your theory on letting me keep my house.

Enclosed please find the first payment on the attorney fees that I was ordered to pay for your client. It will take me a while to pay you as I am burdened with payments to your client for child support and alimony. I also have to buy new things so that I can live such as a lawn mower so that I can cut my grass. My old lawn mower was awarded to your client so that she could cut her grass.

I could not believe it when the Friend of the Court recommended that my wife have custody in front of a judge who always follows the Friend of the Court recommendation. Your ability to negotiate a settlement where my wife received more money than she deserved but with me receiving split custody was very smart. I can always try to make more money but it would have been terrible if I hadn’t received the children at least half of the time. You did a wonderful job.

It didn’t take you long to make the judge remember that my ex-husband is a drunk who thinks only of himself. Here he drags me into court and the judge ends up yelling at him for his actions. Your review of my file from my prior attorney and showing the judge the old letter where he called me names and made threats made the judge remember what kind of father my ex was and is.

You did a great job. Thanks for making the judge order that a psychologist review my case. You did not back down even after the judge yelled at you and said a review was not necessary.

Thanks for your help in getting me split custody. I think you wore them out with your demands to be fair and do what is right for the kids.
